摘要
基于有限元法和弹性力学理论,采用ANSYS应力分析软件,通过建立模型、划分网格、施加约束和载荷,分析原料汽化器大开孔管板的应力分布特性。管板附近筒体承受较大的弯曲应力,管板内部大开孔影响管板的强度。通过修改模型,依据《钢制压力容器-分析设计标准》(JB 4732—1995)校核管板的强度,最终得到满足强度要求的管板结构,确认设备的安全性。
The stress distribution characteristics of large opening tube-sheet of raw material vaporizer are analyzed by establishing model,meshing,imposing constraints and loads based on the theory of elastic mechanics and ANSYS stress analysis software.The cylinder near the tube-sheet bears large bending stress,and the large opening inside the tube-sheet affects the strength of the tube-sheet.By modifying the model and checking the strength of the tube-sheet according to“Steel Pressure Vessels-Analysis and Design Standard”(JB 4732-1995),the tube-sheet structure meeting the strength requirements is finally obtained,and the safety of the equipment is confirmed.
