摘要
介绍了前置后驱客车传动轴的具体设计校核方式,主要从传动轴的结构、布置形式、临界转速校核、扭矩应力及传动轴总成不平衡量等关键参数展开说明,并根据关键参数的管控合理性设计了传动轴,使整车能够平稳运行。
This paper introduces the specific design check of the front and rear drive bus transmission shaft,mainly from the structure,layout,critical speed check,torque stress and imbalance of the transmission shaft assembly and other key parameters,and reasonably designs the transmission shaft from the control of key parameters,so as to make the vehicle run smoothly.
