船体马鞍形板局部线滚压成型方法研究

摘要 马鞍形板是船体外板中常见的曲面类型。为实现马鞍形板的自动化成型,研究了马鞍形板的局部线滚压成型方法。采用建立数据库的方法构建加工参数与变形形状的对应关系,提出了马鞍形板局部线滚压成型的成型方案,最后仿真验证了成型方案的准确性。结果显示,加工形状与目标形状的横向变形误差在1%以内,纵向误差在5%左右,总体偏差低于5 mm。该成型方案的成型精度满足船舶实际制造的需求,在工程上具有一定的实用价值。 The saddle-shaped plate is a common curved surface type in the hull shell.In order to realize the automatic forming of the saddle-shaped plate,the local line rolling forming method of the saddle-shaped plate was studied.The method of establishing a database to construct the corresponding relationship between the processing parameters and the deformed shape is adopted.The forming scheme of partial line roll forming of saddle-shaped plate is proposed.Finally,the accuracy of the forming scheme is verified by the finite element simulation.The results show that the lateral deformation error between the processed shape and the target shape is within 1%,the longitudinal error is about 5%,and the overall deviation is 5 mm lower.The forming accuracy of the forming scheme meets the actual manufacturing requirements of ships,and has certain practical value in engineering.
