摘要
齿轮是传递运动和扭矩的关键传动零件。随着弧齿锥齿轮的展成切齿法的原理形成和利用此原理切齿的专用机床与刀具的相继出现,齿轮的加工效率与齿轮的质量大大提高。渐开线齿轮等更为复杂的齿轮问世后,大部分被用于机械运动传递组件,其中弧齿锥齿轮是空间内传递轴的运动和形成动力的关键零件。在这些锥齿轮中,弧齿锥齿轮具有高负载能力和高复合度优点,因而被广泛应用于石油化工、动力机车和航天航空工业等领域。
Gear is the key transmission part to transmit motion and torque.With the development of spiral bevel gear,the principle of generating gear cutting method and the emergence of special machine tools and cutting tools using this principle,the machining efficiency and quality of gear are greatly improved.After the advent of involute gear and other more complex gears,most of them are used in mechanical motion transmission components,in which spiral bevel gear is the key part to transmit the motion and power of the shaft in space.Among these bevel gears,spiral bevel gears have the advantages of high load capacity and high compound degree,so they are widely used in petrochemical industry,power locomotive and aerospace industry.
