机械加工制造技术是我国实业经济的重点。从工业时代到如今的信息时代,我国机械加工领域发生了质的改变,技术工艺越来越成熟。在当今制造业的高标准下,机械加工工艺逐渐走向精细化。为了提升零件加工精度与匹配度,研究如何提升机械加工工艺技术生产精度已成为重点。通过介绍机械加工工艺与精度的概念,分析当前影响零件加工工艺精度的主要原因,并探讨通过机械加工工艺技术提升生产精度的有效策略。

Machining and manufacturing technology is the focus of China’s industrial economy.With the continuous development of the industrial age,to today’s information age,China’s machining field is becoming more and more perfect,and the technology is becoming more and more mature.Under the high standard of today’s manufacturing industry,the machining process is gradually refined.In order to improve the machining accuracy and matching degree of parts,how to improve the production accuracy of machining technology has become the focus.This paper introduces the concepts of machining process and accuracy,puts forward the main reasons affecting the machining process accuracy under the current situation,and discusses the effective strategies to improve the production accuracy through machining process technology.
