摘要
性早熟儿童由于骨骼成熟较快,骨龄超过实际年龄而骨聽提前愈合,影响儿童的最终身高。世界范围内青春期发育开始的年龄有逐渐提前趋势,目前性早熟儿童中女孩占比高。本文结合最新的研究结果对2018年中华预防医学会发布的《女性性早熟的诊治共识》进行解读。
Precocious children due to bone mature faster,bone age over the actual age and epiphyseal healing ahead of schedule,affecting the final height of children.Worldwide,the age at which puberty begins tends to advance gradually,and girls account for a higher proportion of precocious children.This article combined with the latest research results to interpret the Consensus on diagnosis and Treatment of Female precocious Puberty released by The Chinese Preventive Medical Association in 2018.
