乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,主要治疗方式有手术、化疗、放疗、内分泌治疗及靶向等,未及时诊断及产生耐药性是患者死亡的主要原因。外泌体是介导细胞间信号传递的脂质囊泡,在乳腺癌的诊断、转移、侵袭、耐药、靶向治疗中备受关注,外泌体与乳腺癌的关联性研究也不断进行研究。

Breast cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in women.The main treatment methods include surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy,endocrine therapy and targeted therapy.Failure to diagnose in time and the development of drug resistance are the main reasons for the death of patients.Exosomes are lipid vesicles that mediate signal transmission between cells.They have attracted much attention in the diagnosis,metastasis,invasion,drug resistance,and targeted therapy of breast cancer.Research on the relationship between exosomes and breast cancer is also ongoing research.
