屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)在治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿复发中的作用

Effect of drospiroone Ethinylestradiol tablets (Ⅱ) in the Treatment of Recurrent ovarian endometriosis cyst

目的分析屈螺酮块雌醇片(Ⅱ)对治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿复发的作用。方法选取150例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,采用数字盲选法随机分为屈螺酮烘雌醇片(Ⅱ)组(A组)、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)+屈螺酮烘雌醇片(Ⅱ)组(B组)、GnRH-a组(C组)、去氧孕烯烘雌醇片组(D组)及对照组(E组),每组30例。比较五组疼痛评分、肿瘤指标、卵巢功能及药物安全性。结果A组、B组、C组、D组疼痛评分及不良反应发生率均明显低于E组,肿瘤指标及卵巢功能均优于E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且A组各项指标改善情况均优于B组、C组、D组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组复发率为10.0%,B组为13.3%,C组为13.3%,D组为16.7%,E组为43.3%,A组、B组、C组、D组均明显低于E组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者给予屈螺酮烘雌醇片(Ⅱ)治疗,对改善其卵巢功能具有积极意义,有益于降低术后复发率,且药物不良反应发生率低,临床应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the effect of drospirotron and eylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)on the treatment of recurrent ovarian endometriosis cyst.Methods 150 cases of patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst,adopting digital flexor blind choice method were randomly divided into screw ketone ethinylestradiol piece(Ⅱ)group(group A)and gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)+flexor screw ketone ethinylestradiol piece(Ⅱ)group(group B),GnRH-a group(group C),desogestrel ethinylestradiol group(group D)and the control group(group E),30 patients in each group.Pain score,tumor index,ovarian function and drug safety were compared among the five groups.Results The pain score and the incidence of adverse reactions in group A,B,C and D were significantly lower than that in group E,the tumor index and ovarian function were better than that in group E,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of all indicators in group A was better than that in group B,C and D,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of group A was 10.0%,group B was 13.3%,group C was 13.3%,group D was 16.7%and group E was 43.3%.The recurrence rate of group A,group B,group C and group D was significantly lower than that of group E,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of drospirotron and eylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)in patients with ovarian endometriosis cyst has positive significance in improving the ovarian function,and is beneficial to reduce the postoperative recurrence rate,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions is low,and has high clinical application value.
