曼月乐联合妈富隆治疗围绝经期功血的疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical value of combined use of Mirena and Marvelon in the treatment of perimenopausal uterine bleeding

目的分析围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血(功血)患者应用左烘诺孕酮宫内节育系统(曼月乐)联合去氧孕烯烘雌醇片(妈富隆)的治疗效果。方法选取100例围绝经期功血患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。研究组联合应用曼月乐联合妈富隆治疗,对照组单纯应用妈富隆治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组阴道出血控制时间及彻底止血时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕酮(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组FSH、P、LH、E_(2)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前内皮素(ET)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组ET低于对照组,Hb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对围绝经期功血患者合用曼月乐与妈富隆有利于提升治疗效果,并改善患者激素水平。

Objective To Analyze the therapeutic effect of perimenopausal patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding through the combined use of Mirena and Marvelon.Methods 100 patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to a random number table,with 50 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Mirena and Marvelon,and the control group was treated with Marvelon alone.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 98.00%,which was higher than 88.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the control time of vaginal bleeding and the time of complete hemostasis in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of follicle-forming hormone(FSH),progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),and estradiol(E_(2))between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,P,LH,and E_(2) in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the levels of endothelin(ET)and hemoglobin(Hb)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the ET of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the Hb level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Mirena and Marvelon for patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional dysfunctional dysfunctional uterine bleeding is beneficial to enhance the treatment effect and improve hormone levels.
