甲硝唑栓联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效分析

Clinical efficacy Analysis of Metronidazole Hydrochloride combined with Recombinant human interferon α2b gel in the Treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探讨甲硝唑栓联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取96例慢性宫颈炎患者,以入院时间顺序编号,依据编号奇偶性将奇数编号患者纳入联合组,偶数编号患者纳入对照组,每组48例。对照组单纯应用甲硝唑栓治疗,联合组应用甲硝唑栓联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗。对比两组治疗起效时间、临床疗效、复发率与安全性。结果联合组外阴瘙痒减轻时间、灼热感减轻时间、白带异常改善时间、腰酸症状改善时间、尿痛症状改善时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组治疗总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组的81.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组不良反应发生率为12.50%,明显低于对照组的37.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性宫颈炎患者采用甲哨哩栓联合重组人干扰素α2b凝胶治疗,见效快,临床效果明显,且复发率与不良反应发生率相对较低,是较为适宜慢性宫颈炎的治疗方案。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of metronidazole suppositories combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods 96 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected and numbered according to the time sequence of admission.Patients with odd numbers were included in the combined group and patients with even numbers were included in the control group according to the parity of numbers,48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with meisrazole suppositories alone,and the combined group was treated with meisrazole suppositories combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel.The effective time,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The alleviating time of vulvar pruritus,burning sensation,abnormal leucorrhea,lumbar acid symptom and urinalgia symptom in the combined group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined group was 100.00%,significantly higher than that of control group 81.25%,the diiTerence was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was 12.50%,which was significantly lower than 37.50%in control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of combined group was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic cervicitis with mezrazole supposate combined with recombinant human interferon α2b gel has a quick and obvious clinical effect,and the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions is relatively low,which is a more suitable treatment for chronic cervicitis.
