UGT基因多态性对常见抗癫痫药物药代动力学影响的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前癫痫的治疗仍以药物治疗为主,用药方法取决于药物的代谢特点及作用原理等。拉莫三嗪、奥卡西平、丙戊酸钠及卡马西平是常见的抗癫痫药物,其共同代谢途径是肝脏的葡萄糖醛酸化,该过程由尿苷-5'-二磷酸葡萄糖醛酸转移酶(UGT)催化,编码UGT同工酶的基因UGT1A6、UGT1A4、UGT1A9、UGT2B7等,其基因多态性可能直接影响这些药物的血药浓度和不良反应。研究UGT基因多态性对抗癫痫药物药代动力学的影响,能够为抗癫痫药物的个体化治疗提供参考。
