东莞地区28986例儿童微量元素检测结果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过对近几年东莞地区儿童全血6种微量元素检测结果的分析研究,了解儿童全血中各元素含量的现状,更好地为当地儿童的营养指导提供理论依据。方法采用原子吸收法对28986名在东莞市儿童医院进行健康体检的0-14岁儿童的全血进行6种微量元素检测并对结果进行分析。结果儿童6种元素中锌和铁的缺乏检出率较高,分别为17.957%和14.12%,铅超标率为0.640%;不同性别钙的缺乏率有显著差异(P<0.05),缺乏率随年龄的增长呈上升趋势;钙、锌、铁的缺乏率在不同年龄段间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),1岁以下婴幼儿锌和铁的缺乏率最高;铁缺乏率随年龄增长而下降;铅的超标率在年龄阶段间无统计学差异(P>0.05),铜、镁的缺乏率极低,无法得到统计检验结果。结论东莞地区儿童微量元素缺乏率高,应重视儿童微量元素的检测,加强儿童膳食营养指导,更好地促进儿童健康成长。 Objective Through the analysis of the data on blood examinations conducted on children living in Dongguan city in recent years,the statistic status of 6 micronutrients levels in children’s blood was provided.The statistic result gives a good theoretical basis for the nutritional guidance of local children.Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to measure 6 different mineral levels in the blood of 28986 children aged 0-14 years old.The blood samples were taken during the medical examinations in Dongguan children’s hospital.Results The data showed that there were higher deficiency rates for zinc and iron levels among the 6 minerals.They were 17.957% and 14.12% respectively.The lead level exceeded the limit by 0.640%.The deficiency rate for calcium was significantly different between genders(P<0.05)and increased with age.The deficiency rate for calcium,zinc,and iron were significantly different among different age groups(P<0.01).The deficiency rate for zinc and iron was significantly low in the age group of 1 year old and under.There was no significant difference in the exceeded level of lead among different age groups(P>0.05).The deficiency rates for copper and magnesium were very low,so the statistical results could not be obtained;Conclusion High deficiency rates for mineral levels in the blood of children in Dongguan leads to the suggestion that regular mineral level examinations are necessary for children;the guidance on dietary mineral intake should be well broadcasted.These efforts are for helping to equip parents with the knowledge to raise healthy children.
