AM真菌对油樟幼苗生长及土壤养分的影响 被引量:2

Effect of AM fungus on camphor seedling growth and soil nutrients

摘要 以油樟[Cinnamomum longepaniculatum(Gamble)N.Chao]幼苗为试验对象,设置对照(不接种AM真菌,CK)、接种摩西球囊霉菌(Glomus mosseae,G.m)和接种根内球囊霉菌(Glomus intraradices,G.i)3个处理进行盆栽试验,3个月后测定油樟幼苗根、茎、叶各部分的干物质质量和油樟幼苗土壤中有效钾、有效磷的含量,同时测定菌根侵染率和土壤孢子密度。结果表明,3个月后CK、G.m、G.i,菌根侵染率分别为0、32.38%、29.97%,相较于CK,G.m和G.i处理的油樟幼苗生物量分别提高了52.9%、32.8%;接种处理显著提高了土壤有效磷和有效钾的含量,G.m处理有效磷和有效钾含量分别提高了27.4%、38.3%,G.i处理有效磷和有效钾含量分别提高了20.8%、23.1%。两种AM真菌都能成功侵染油樟幼苗,提高土壤中有效钾和有效磷的含量,促进植物生长,并且摩西球囊霉菌对促进油樟幼苗生长、活化土壤钾和土壤磷的效果更为显著。 Three treatments of non-inoculated control(CK),inoculation with Glomus mosseae(G.m)and inoculation with Glomus intr⁃aradices(G.i)were used for potting test.The dry matter quality of roots,stems and leaves of seedlings and the contents of potassium and phosphorus in soil of seedlings were measured three months later.The results showed that after three months,the infestation rates of CK,G.m and G.i were 0,32.38%and 29.97%,respectively,which increased the biomass of G.m and G.i seedlings by 52.9%and 32.8%compared with that of CK.G.m treatment increased 27.4%effective phosphorus content and 38.3%effective potassium content,and G.i treatment increased 20.8%effective phosphorus content and 23.1%effective potassium content,respectively.Both species of AM fungi could successfully infect seedlings of camphor,increase the content of effective potassium and effective phosphorus in the soil and promote plant growth,and Moses Ballooney was more effective in promoting the growth of seedlings and activating soil potassi⁃um and phosphorus.
