摘要
易地扶贫搬迁是打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要举措。通过总结陕西省安康市易地扶贫搬迁在党建、就业、民生三方面的成果与经验,剖析安康市易地扶贫搬迁后续扶持中面临的问题,从抓好基层组织建设、促进搬迁群众就业、完善安置社区管理与服务三方面,对安康市易地扶贫搬迁后续扶持重点工作提出相应的措施与建议,确保易地扶贫搬迁群众安居乐业,以期为陕西省及西部地区巩固脱贫攻坚成果,推进乡村振兴战略提供参考。
Anti-poverty by relocation is an important measure to win the battle against poverty.The achievements and experiences are summarized and the problems are analyzed from three aspects:Party building,employment and people’s livelihood of anti-poverty by relocation in Ankang city,Shaanxi province.Measures for the follow-up support are proposed from three aspects:The construction of party organizations,the employment of the relocated people,and the management and services of the resetting community,to ensure that the relocated people live and work in peace.It is expected to provide reference to consolidate the results of anti-poverty and pro⁃mote the rural revitalization strategy for Shaanxi and the western China.
