摘要
CRISPR/Cas9系统是一种新型的基因编辑工具,利用CRISRP/Cas9可以实现对生物的定向编辑。因这种系统结构简单、操作便捷,在微生物和动植物中广泛应用,但是大多应用集中在草本植物,在木本植物中的应用还存在挑战。详细介绍了CRISPR/Cas9系统的原理、作用机制及其发展历史,浅析其在木本植物中的应用现状及待优化的问题,为系统了解CRISPR/Cas9在木本植物中的应用提供参考。
The CRISPR/Cas9 system is a novel gene editing tool,which can be used to achieve directional editing of organisms.Due to its simple structure and convenient operation,this method is widely used in microorganisms and plants.However,it still faces challenges in the application of woody plants,which are mostly concentrated in herbaceous plants.In this paper,the principle,mechanism and development history of CRISPR/Cas9 technology were introduced in detail,and the application status of CRISPR/Cas9 in woody plants and problems to be optimized were analyzed,so as to provide refernce for the systematic understanding of the application of CRISPR/Cas9 system in woody plants.
