眼前房胰岛移植的实验研究进展

Progress in experimental research of islet transplantation into the anterior chamber of the eye

摘要 胰腺的解剖位置和胰岛的稀疏分布限制了胰岛在体研究,而眼前房独特的生理结构特点为长期、无创、实时、在体生理状态下研究移植胰岛提供了新的技术手段。近年来通过对啮齿类和非人灵长类动物的实验研究,在移植后胰岛的生存情况、功能调节、病理生理变化等方面取得了较大进展。本文将就目前眼前房胰岛移植的研究进展及其优势与不足进行综述。 The anatomical location of the pancreas and the sparse distribution of islets limit the study of islets in vivo,while the unique physiological structure of the anterior chamber of the eye provides a new technical method for long-term,non-invasive,real-time and in vivo physiological study of transplanted islets.In recent years,through the experimental study of rodents and non-human primates,great progress has been made in the survival,functional regulation and pathophysiological changes of islets after transplantation.This article will focus on the current research progress of islet transplantation in the anterior chamber of the eye,and the advantages and disadvantages of this technical method are introduced as well.
