Research progress in the treatment of pressure ulcers byelectrical stimulation

压疮是当今老年住院患者常见的并发症,在社区和家庭中也较常出现。传统治疗的主要手段是手术皮瓣移植、负压疗法、伤口敷料治疗和其他的物理、生化、生物工程等手段。随着对疮面愈合进一步的认知及理疗理念在医学中的不断发展与应用,通过电刺激的方式治疗压疮在国外已日趋成熟。本文就电刺激治疗压疮的最新理论、实验及临床研究进行综述,旨在为国内外学者就压疮的治疗提供新的思路与方案。

Pressure ulcer is a common complication of elderly hospitalized patients nowadays,and it often appears in the community and family.The main methods of traditional treatment are surgical flap transplantation,negative pressure therapy,wound dressing therapy and other physical,biochemical,biological engineering and other means.With the further cognition of wound healing and the continuous development and application of physiotherapy concept in medicine,the treatment of pressure ulcers by means of electrical stimulation has become increasingly mature in foreign countries.This article reviews the latest theory,experiment and clinical research on the treatment of pressure ulcers by electrical stimulation,aiming to provide new ideas and plans for the treatment of pressure ulcers for scholars at home and abroad.
