运用测压力仪预防俯卧位手术患者额部及下颌底部压力性损伤的研究

A Study on the Prevention of Pressure Injury on the Forehead and Mandibular Base of Patients Undergoing Prone Surgery with Pressure Gauge

目的探讨运用两通道测压力仪预防俯卧位手术患者额部及下颌底部压疮的方法及应用效果。方法随机选取2020年1—10月该院收治的200例患者为研究对象,随机分为甲、乙两组各100例。甲组为对照组,用常规护理方法预防压疮。乙组为研究组,在甲组防护基础上,运用两通道测压力仪,依据预试验结果,在合理高度范围内,测量、调整额部及下颌底部各自合理压力大小进行预防压疮。比较两组压疮发生率。结果术后乙组压疮发生率(2.00%),无颈项增粗,甲组压疮发生率(24.00%),两组发生率比较,乙组远低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.397,P<0.05)。结论运用两通道测压力仪预防俯卧位手术患者额部及下颌底部压疮,在合理高度范围内调控两处合理压力,可及时发现、消除导致压疮发生原因,有效地降低压疮发生率。

Objective To explore the method and application effect of using a two-channel pressure gauge to prevent pressure ulcers on the forehead and mandibular base of patients undergoing prone surgery.Methods Random selecteion 200 patients admitted to the hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.Group A was the control group and used conventional nursing methods to prevent pressure ulcers.Group B was the experimental group.On the basis of the protection of Group A,a two-channel pressure gauge was used to measure and adjust the reasonable pressure of the forehead and the bottom of the mandible to prevent pressure ulcers within a reasonable height range based on the pre-test results.Compare the incidence of pressure ulcers between the two groups.Results The incidence of pressure ulcers in group B was 2.00%,and there was no thickening of the neck.The incidence of pressure ulcers in group A was 24.00%.Compared with the two groups,the incidence of group B was much lower than that of group A,the differences was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.397,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of a two-channel pressure gauge to prevent pressure ulcers on the forehead and mandibular base of patients undergoing prone surgery,and to regulate two reasonable pressures within a reasonable height range can promptly discover and eliminate the causes of pressure ulcers,and effectively reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers.
