Vitapex糊剂对小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎临床效果及疼痛度分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Pain Degree of Vitapex Paste on Chronic Apical Periodontitis of Deciduous Teeth in Children

目的分析Vitapex糊剂对小儿乳牙慢性根尖周炎临床效果及疼痛度情况。方法方便选择2019年7月—2020年7月该院收治94例乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿,按随机数表分为两组,对照组47例给予氧化锌丁香油糊剂治疗,研究组47例使用Vitapex糊剂治疗,对两组患儿临床效果及疼痛度进行比较。结果研究组临床有效率95.74%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05);研究组治疗填充时间(8.06±2.25)min与牙龈愈合时间(11.15±3.36)d比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(t=4.146、5.447,P<0.05);研究组不良情况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05);研究组疼痛(1.08±0.35)分比对照组(2.69±0.43)分低,差异有统计学意义(t=19.908,P<0.05)。结论临床使用Vitapex糊剂治疗乳牙慢性根尖周炎患儿,可缓解疼痛度,缩短治疗填充及牙龈愈合时间,降低不良事件,有效提升其治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and pain degree of Vitapex paste on chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth in children.Methods From July 2019 to July 2020,94 children with chronic apical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were conveniently selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was treated with zinc oxide clove oil paste,and the study group of 47 cases were treated with Vitapex paste,and the clinical effect and pain degree of the two groups of children were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.74%higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05);the treatment filling time(8.06±2.25)min and the gum healing time(11.15±3.36)d of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.146,5.447,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.029,P<0.05);the study group’s pain(1.08±0.35)points was higher than that of the control group(2.69±0.43)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=19.908,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of Vitapex paste to treat children with chronic periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth can relieve pain,shorten the treatment filling and gum healing time,reduce adverse events,and effectively improve the treatment effect.
