分析恩度联合多西他赛序贯腹腔灌注治疗胃癌伴恶性腹水的临床效果

Analysis on the Clinical Effect of Sequential Intraperitoneal Infusion of Endo and Docetaxel in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer with Malignant Ascites

目的分析恩度联合多西他赛序贯腹腔灌注在胃癌伴恶性腹水的效果。方法方便选择2017年9月—2019年4月期间的胃癌伴恶性腹水患者,纳入110例符合要求的患者,按照平均数字法的方式分为对照组与研究组。对照组患者采用多西他赛进行治疗,研究组患者选择多西他赛联合恩度进行序贯治疗,根据两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生率进行对比。结果该次研究成果显示,对照组患者的治疗有效率为70.91%,和研究组的92.73%相比明显更差,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.800,P=0.003),所有患者均存在不良反应,其中研究组患者的不良反应发生率为50.91%,相较于对照组的74.55%明显更低,且结果中,所有患者发生不良反应最多的是口腔黏膜损伤,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.571,P=0.010)。结论在胃癌伴恶性腹水患者的治疗中,应用恩度联合多西他赛序贯腹腔灌注治疗方案能够获得令人满意的成果,能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,有利于改善患者的生活质量和预后效果。

Objective To analyze the effect of sequential intraperitoneal infusion of Endu combined with docetaxel in gastric cancer with malignant ascites.Methods Conveniently selected patients with gastric cancer and malignant ascites from September 2017 to April 2019.After 110 eligible patients were grouped into the control group and the study group,according to the average number method.Patients in the control group were treated with docetaxel,and patients in the study group were treated with docetaxel combined with Endo for sequential treatment.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rates of the two groups were compared.Results The results of this study showed that the treatment effective rate of patients in the control group was 70.91%,which was significantly worse than the 92.73%in the study group.The study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.800,P=0.003).All patients had adverse reactions.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 50.91%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,which was 74.55%.In the results,the oral mucosa had the most adverse reactions in all patients,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.571,P=0.010).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with gastric cancer and malignant ascites,the application of Endu combined with docetaxel sequential intraperitoneal infusion can achieve satisfactory results.It can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and help improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients.It should be widely used in clinical practice.
