疼痛护理在小儿漏斗胸Nuss术后的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Pain Nursing after Nuss Operation in Children with Pectus Excavatum

目的探讨分析小儿漏斗胸Nuss术后疼痛护理的应用效果。方法方便选取该院2016年3月—2020年8月接受漏斗胸Nuss术的48例患儿作为该次研究对象,视患儿入院时间顺序分为对照组(常规护理)23例和干预组(疼痛护理)25例,比较两组患儿术后1-3 d的疼痛评分、哭闹发生率及护理满意度。结果术后第1天,对照组疼痛评分(6.35±2.23)分与干预组疼痛评分(6.02±2.03)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.536,P>0.05);术后第2天及第3天对照组疼痛评分(5.16±1.05)分、(3.62±1.42)分均高于干预组疼痛评分(4.39±0.68)分、(2.71±1.31)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.040、2.310,P<0.05);对照组哭闹发生率分别为95.65%、78.26%、43.47%均高于干预组48.00%、32.00%、4.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度52.17%(12/23)低于干预组护理满意度96.00%(24/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疼痛护理应用于小儿漏斗胸Nuss术后的临床护理中,可有效缓解患儿术后各阶段的疼痛程度,减少患儿哭闹行为,降低患儿痛苦,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of nursing care of postoperative pain in children with pectus excavatum Nuss.Methods 48 children in the hospital who underwent Nuss operation of pectus excavatum from March 2016 to August 2020 were conveniently selected as the subjects of this study.According to the order of admission,they were divided into control group(routine care)23 cases and intervention group(pain nursing)25 cases,compared the pain score,the incidence of crying and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of children 1 to 3 d after surgery.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the pain score of the control group(6.35±2.23)points and the intervention group(6.02±2.03)points on the first day after surgery(t=0.536,P>0.05);on the second day and the third day after surgery,the pain scores of the control group(5.16±1.05)points and(3.62±1.42)points were higher than those of the intervention group(4.39±0.68)points and(2.71±1.31)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.040,2.310,P<0.05);the incidence of crying in the control group was 95.65%,78.26%,and 43.47%,respectively,higher than the intervention group by 48.00%,32.00%,and 4.00%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction 52.17%(12/23)was lower than the intervention group nursing satisfaction 96.00%(24/25),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pain nursing in the clinical nursing of children with pectus excavatum after Nuss operation can effectively relieve the pain in all stages of the operation,reduce the crying behavior of the children,reduce the pain of the children,and improve the satisfaction of nursing care.
