舒适护理对老年慢性心衰患者护理中的效果及并发症发生率分析

Analysis of the Effect of Comfort Nursing in Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure and the Incidence of Complications

目的探究舒适护理在老年慢性心衰(CHF)患者中的应用效果。方法方便选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的80例老年CHF患者为研究对象进行分析,将常规护理干预下的40例患者设为对照组,而舒适护理干预下的40例患者则设为观察组,对比其应用效果。结果观察组在干预后的抑郁、焦虑自评量表(SDS、SAS)评分分别为(42.17±3.46)分、(44.08±3.49)分,明显低于对照组的SDS、SAS评分[(46.23±3.58)分、(47.51±3.56)分],差异有统计学意义(t=5.157、4.351,P<0.05);且患者自我护理行为量表(SCHFI)评分[(72.26±9.02)分]明显高于对照组[(68.15±8.83)分],差异有统计学意义(t=2.059,P<0.05);此外,观察组的并发症发生率(5.0%)明显低于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);且观察组患者的各项生活在质量评分[生活状态(55.21±5.62)分、躯体功能(58.76±6.18)分、心理功能(65.47±7.16)分及社会功能(64.78±6.59)分],均明显高于对照组[生活状态(43.75±5.38)分、躯体功能(49.83±5.83)分、心理功能(57.45±6.83)分及社会功能(57.83±6.09)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理在老年CHF患者的临床干预中具有显著的应用价值,可有效改善其负面情绪及自护能力,同时降低并发症的发生风险,对其生活质量的提升具有积极的应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort care in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Analysis of 80 elderly CHF patients admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 was.40 patients under conventional nursing intervention were set as the control group,while 40 patients under comfortable nursing intervention were set as the observation group,and the effect of their application was compared.Results The depression and anxiety self-rating scales(SDS,SAS)scores of the observation group after the intervention were(42.17±3.46)points and(44.08±3.49)points,which were significantly lower than the SDS and SAS scores of the control group[(46.23±3.58)points,(47.51±3.56)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.157,4.351,P<0.05);and the self-care behavior scale for patients(SCHFI)score[(72.26±9.02)points]was significantly higher than the control group[(68.15±8.83)points],and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.059,P<0.05);in addition,the complication rate(5.0%)of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.114,P<0.05);and the observation group’s life quality scores[life status(55.21±5.62)points,physical function(58.76±6.18)points,and psychological function(65.47±7.16)points and social function(64.78±6.59)points],which were significantly higher than the control group[life status(43.75±5.38)points,physical function(49.83±5.83)points,mental function(57.45±6.83)points and social function points(57.83±6.09)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable care has significant application value in the clinical intervention of elderly CHF patients.It can effectively improve their negative emotions and self-care ability,while reducing the risk of complications,and has positive application value in improving their quality of life.
