射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Curative Effect of Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the Treatment of Infantile Bronchiolitis

目的探讨小儿毛细支气管炎患儿选用射干麻黄汤加减治疗的价值。方法便利选取2019年8月—2020年10月该院收治的88例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿,按1:1比例分为对照组(n=44,选用布地奈德治疗)、观察组(n=44,在对照组基础上选用射干麻黄汤加减治疗),统计两组临床疗效、临床指标、免疫功能、临床症状改善时间。结果观察组临床疗效(95.45%)较对照组(81.82%)显著升高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤坏死原因子α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.714、11.607、12.739、3.773,P<0.05)。观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8+低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.426、3.652、3.353,P<0.05)。观察组临床症状改善时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射干麻黄汤加减在小儿毛细支气管炎治疗中效果确切,可改善机体免疫功能,亦可缩短临床症状改善时间,提高治疗有效性,值得借鉴。

Objective To explore the value of adding and subtracting Shegan Mahuang Decoction in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis.Methods A study of 88 children with bronchiolitis was conveniently selected from August 2019 to October 2020,and they were divided into a control group(n=44,with budesonide treatment)and an observation group(n=44,based on the control group,chose Shegan Mahuang Decoction for treatment)at a ratio of 1:1,and counted the clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,immune function,and clinical symptom improvement time of the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group(95.45%)was significantly higher than the control group(81.82%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.062,P<0.05).The tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),c-reactive protein(CRP),IL-6,procolcitonin(PCT)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.714,11.607,12.739,3.773,P<0.05).The CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were higher than the control group,and CD8+was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=5.426,3.652,3.353,P<0.05).The linical symptom improvement time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shegan Mahuang Decoction has a definite effect in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children.It can improve the immune function of the body,shorten the time of clinical symptom improvement,and improve the effectiveness of treatment.It is worth learning.
