摘要
当今新技术、新成果不断涌现,新时代对青年编辑提出了新要求,青年编辑的发展与期刊的发展紧密相关,是期刊可持续发展的后备力量。从提高政治意识、发挥专业优势、补足编校水平、积极融入新媒体等方面对青年编辑的职业素养提出要求,以期能为初入编辑队伍的青年人提供思路,不断成长,成为高水平、专业化的复合型编辑人才,为学术繁荣贡献力量。
In the new era,new technologies and new achievements continue to emerge,and new requirements are put forward for young editors.The development of young editors is closely related to the development of journals and is a reserve force for the sustainable development of journals.This paper puts forward requirements for the professional quality of young editors in terms of raising political awareness,giving full play to professional advantages,supplementing the editing and proofreading level,and actively integrating into new media,so as to provide ideas for young people who are new to editing work,make them continue to grow,become high-level,professional compound editors and contribute to academic prosperity.
