摘要
神经精神性狼疮(neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus,NPSLE)是系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)累及神经系统而产生各种神经、精神症状的一组严重并发症。目前NPSLE的发病机制尚不明确,可能与多种免疫反应相关。小胶质细胞(microglia,MG)是中枢神经系统(central nervous system,CNS)的免疫细胞。本文总结了MG参与SLE中枢神经受累的证据,并对MG通过吞噬作用和神经毒性作用参与NPSLE发生发展的相关研究进行综述,以期为进一步探索NPSLE的发病机制,研究NPSLE的有效治疗方法提供新的思路与线索。
Neuropsychiatric systemic lupus erythematosus(NPSLE)is a series of severe complications of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).It affects the nervous system and leads to neurological and psychiatric symptoms.At present,the pathogenesis of NPSLE is still unclear,which may be related to a variety of immune responses.Microglia(MG)are immune cells in the central nervous system(CNS).This review summarized the relevant evidence of MG participation in NPSLE,and reviewed the studies on MG involvement in the occurrence and development of NPSLE through phagocytosis and neurotoxicity.It is expected to provide new ideas and clues for further study of the pathogenesis and the effective treatment of NPSLE.
