基于Flowmaster的串联叠压供水节能仿真模拟

摘要 为进一步优化串联叠压供水方式的运行效果,利用Flowmaster软件基于工程案例制定运行策略并进行瞬态模拟,首先进行稳态模拟验证了模型的准确度,其次分别对高区泵组启停对中区泵组出水压力的影响、中区用户用水量瞬变对高区泵组进口压力的影响进行了瞬态模拟分析。结果表明,串联叠压供水方式下泵组直接串接时相互影响作用明显,通过适当延长高区泵组启停时间并结合气压水罐防护等方式可有效稳定供水系统压力。研究成果可为高层建筑供水方式的选用提供参考。 In order to further optimize the operation effect of the series superimposed water supply mode,the Flowmaster software is used to formulate a reasonable operation strategy based on the engineering case and perform transient simulation.First,the steady-state simulation is performed to verify the accuracy of the model.And then the impact of shutdown of high-zone pump group on the outlet pressure of the pump set in the middle area and the impact of the user’s water consumption in the middle area on the inlet pressure of the pump set in the high area have been transiently simulated.When the pump groups are directly connected in series,the interaction effect is obvious.The pressure of the water supply system can be effectively stabilized by appropriately extending the start and stop time of the pump group in the high area and combining with the protection of the air pressure water tank.The result provides a certain reference for the selection of water supply methods for high-rise residential buildings.
