摘要
小麦生长过程中的各项外观指标是小麦育种专家关注的问题,为解决传统人工测量中的人力多、周期长等问题,在研究图像处理技术基础上,设计并实现了小麦生物特征提取与分析系统,该系统可分析并估测小麦不同生长时期的旗叶、植株、麦穗等外观形态参数。本文详细介绍小麦旗叶表型特征提取与分析估测算法。经过测试,达到预期效果,估测的数据可为小麦育种专家提供参考。
The appearance parameter of wheat growth is the focus of wheat breeding experts. In order to solve the problems of too much manpower and long cycle in traditional manual measurement, based on the research of image processing technology, a wheat biometric extraction and analysis system is designed and implemented. The system can analyze and estimate the appearance of ear, plant and ear in different growth stages of wheat Morphological parameters. This paper introduces the wheat leaf phenotypic feature extraction and analysis estimation algorithm in detail. After testing, the expected effect is achieved. The estimated data can provide data reference for wheat breeding experts.
