加味椒艾丸穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿秋季腹泻20例临床观察

Clinical effect of acupoint application with Jiawei Jiaoai pills in treatment of pediatric autumn diarrhea: an analysis of 20 cases

目的:观察加味椒艾丸穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:将40例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用加味椒艾丸药膏贴敷神阙、中脘穴治疗。比较2组患儿腹泻改善时间、每天腹泻次数、中医证候积分及综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.0%(19/20),对照组为85.0%(17/20),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组腹泻改善时间、中医证候积分治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。2组治疗后第4天每天腹泻次数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:西医常规联合加味椒艾丸穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效显著,可加快患儿胃肠功能恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application with Jiawei Jiaoai pills in the treatment of pediatric autumn diarrhea.Methods: A total of 40 children with autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 20 patients in each group.The children in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment, and those in the treatment group were given acupoint application with Jiawei Jiaoai pills at Shenque and Zhongwan points in addition to the treatment in the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of time to improvement in diarrhea, daily number of times of diarrhea, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome score, and overall response.Results: There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group [95.0%(19/20) vs 85.0%(17/20),P<0.01].Both groups had significant improvements in the time to improvement in diarrhea and TCM syndrome score after treatment, and there were significant differences in these indices between the two groups after treatment(all P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the daily number of times of diarrhea between the two groups on day 4 after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: Conventional Western medicine treatment combined with acupoint application with Jiawei Jiaoai pills has a marked clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric autumn diarrhea and can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function, and therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
