锌指蛋白A20与慢性丙型肝炎患者FibroScan、血清纤维化指标关系分析

Correlation of zinc finger protein A20 with FibroScan and serum markers of fibrosis among chronic hepatitis C patients

目的观察锌指蛋白A20(A20)在慢性丙型肝炎患者肝脏组织中的表达和定位情况,并探讨其与瞬时肝弹性测定(FibroScan)、血清纤维化指标在肝脏纤维化分期中的关系。方法对150例慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织中的A20按照肝脏病理纤维化分期,行免疫组化定量检测,并检测FibroScan、血清纤维化指标(透明质酸、Ⅲ型前胶原、层粘连蛋白、Ⅳ型胶原),进行统计学分析。结果肝组织A20表达、FibroScan、血清纤维化指标随肝脏病理纤维化加重而增加。肝脏纤维化各期前述指标与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝脏A20与FibroScan之间呈正相关,r=0.756(P<0.05)。结论慢性丙型肝炎患者A20、FibroScan、血清纤维化指标与肝脏纤维化程度均呈正相关,A20与细胞外基质沉积致纤维化形成有一定关系。

Objective To observe the expression and location of zinc finger protein A20(A20)in liver tissue of patients with chronic hepatitis C,and to investigate the correlation of the protein with transient liver elasticity measurement(FibroScan)and serum markers in the stages of liver fibrosis.Methods The levels of A20 in liver tissues among 150 chronic hepatitis C patients were measured by quantitative immunohistochemical method according to the degree of liver fibrosis.FibroScan and markers of liver fibrosis,including cholinesterase(HA),procollagen type III(PCIII),laminin(LN)and type IV collagen(CIV)were measured.Results The expression of A20 in liver tissue and the levels of FibroScan,HA,PCIII,LN and CIV elevated with increased degree of liver fibrosis.The differences between the indexes and those in the control group were statistical significant(P<0.05).The level of A20 in liver tissue was positively correlated to FibroScan(r=0.756,P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of A20,FibroScan and the serum markers of liver fibrosis among chronic hepatitis C patients were positively correlated to the degree of liver fibrosis.There was certain relation between A20 and fibrosis formation by extracellular matrix deposition.
