摘要 目的 分析血液成分制备报废的原因、提出相应对策。方法 对2020年1~4月份血液中心血液成分制备报废有关数据进行搜集,对制备报废的原因进行总结和分析。结果 血液成分制备报废品种分类当中,在1~4月总计132951份血液成分制备数量中尤以新鲜冰冻血浆报废最多、占0.27%,其次是全血,占0.25%;对血液报废原因进行分析,脂血原因最高、占35.71%,其次是热合渗漏、占16.67%。结论 针对血液成分制备报废的原因如渗漏、脂血等因素,可通过强化献血前的体检、问询以及加强知识宣教,提高操作者技术水平、管理好仪器设备等方面减少血液报废。 Objective To analyze causes of scrapping of preparation of blood components and put forward corresponding countermeasures.Methods The paper collected data of blood composition preparation scrapping in blood center from January to April in 2020,summarized and analyzed causes of preparation scrapping.Results Among total 132951 blood component preparation samples from January to April,fresh frozen plasma accounted for 0.27% of preparation scrapping of blood components,followed by whole blood,accounting for 0.25%;According to causes analysis of blood scrapping,lipid blood was the highest,accounting for 35.71%,followed by heat sealing leakage,accounting for 16.67%.Conclusion In view of causes of scrapping of blood component preparation,such as leakage,lipidemia and other factors,we can strengthen physical examination,inquiry and knowledge education before blood donation,improve technical level of operators,manage equipment and other aspects to reduce blood scrap.
