乳酸脱氢酶检测在支原体肺炎中的应用

Application of Lactate Dehydrogenase Detection in Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的 探讨乳酸脱氢酶检测在支原体肺炎中的应用效果。方法 选择2016年1月至2017年12月韶关市妇幼保健院80例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,运用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=40)与实验组(n=40),对照组为普通的支原体肺炎患儿(MPP),实验组为难治性支原体肺炎患儿(RMPP),分别对所有的患儿进行乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、白细胞计数、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的水平含量,并且使用logistic回归分析法对RMPP与LDH与ESR的关系进行分析,同时分析ROC曲线。结果 实验组患儿的LDH、白细胞计数、ESR、ALT与AST含量明显高于对照组,组间对比差异有统计学意义,RMPP与LDH与ESR呈正相关,LDH 临界值为400.50U/L时,曲线下面积最大为0.959,95%CI为0.936~0.983。结论 对难治性支原体肺炎患儿的LDH水平进行检测能够为医生提供可靠的治疗依据。

Objective To investigate application effect of LDH detection in mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The paper chose 80 children with mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2016 to December 2017,and divided them into control group (n=40) and experimental group (n=40) with random digital table method.Control group was ordinary mycoplasma pneumonia (MPP) children,and experimental group was refractory mycoplasma pneumonia (RMPP) children.LDH,leukocyte count,ESR,ALT and AST levels of all children were detected,relationship between RMPPand LDH and ESR was analyzed with logistic regression,and ROC curve was analyzed.Results LDH,WBC,ESR,ALT and AST contents of experimental group were significantly higher than control group.RMPP was positively correlated with LDH and ESR.When LDH threshold was 400.50u/l,maximum area under the curve was 0.959 and 95%,CI was 0.936-0.983.Conclusion LDH level detection of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumonia can provide reliable treatment basis for doctors,which has high clinical promotiion value.
