阿奇霉素+普米克令舒雾化吸入对小儿肺炎支原体感染的临床效果及不良反应发生率分析

Clinical Effect and Adverse Reactions Incidence Analysis of Azithromycin Plus Pulmicort Respules Aerosol Inhalation on Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection of Children

目的分析探究在小儿肺炎支原体感染治疗期间联合应用阿奇霉素、普米克令舒雾化吸入治措施所取得的治疗效果,评价治疗安全性。方法选择2020年1月至2020年8月在山东大学齐鲁医院接受治疗的66例肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究主体,将纳选对象依照随机数字表法均匀划分为对照组、观察组,两组患儿所占比例均等,对照组患儿在治疗期间选择应用阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿则选择应用阿奇霉素、普米克令舒雾化吸入治疗,对比分析两组患儿治疗效果。结果观察组患儿临床症状消失时间均远远低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义P<0.05;观察组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,数值对比差异有统计学意义P<0.05;观察组、对照组不良反应发生概率对比差异有统计学意义P>0.05。结论给予肺炎支原体感染患儿阿奇霉素和普米克令舒雾化吸入联合治疗对于改善患儿临床症状具有确切效果,具有较高的安全性和有效性,对于提高免疫功能具有确切效果。

Objective To analyze and explore curative effect of aerosol inhalation of azithromycin and Pulmicort Respules during treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,and evaluate safety of treatment.Methods The paper chose 66 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection treated in our hospital from January 2020 to August 2020 as research objects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to random number table method evenly.Proportion of children in two groups was equal.Control group was treated with azithromycin,while observation group with azithromycin Pulmicort Respules atomization inhalation.Treatment effect between two groups was compared and analyzed.Results Disappearance time of clinical symptoms in observation group was much lower than control group(P<0.05);clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);incience of adverse reactions between observation group and control group showed p>0.05.Conclusion Combined treatment of azithromycin and Pulmicort Respules aerosol inhalation can achieve accurate effect for children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,improve their clinical symptoms,with high safety and effectiveness,and exact effect on improving immune function,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
