比较阴茎癌腹腔镜下与开放式双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术的效果差异

Effect Difference Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Bilateral Inguinal Lymphadenectomy for Penile Cancer

目的 观察腹腔镜下与开放式双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗阴茎癌的效果。方法 本次试验研究对象为高州市人民医院2010年1月至2020年11月收治的21例阴茎癌患者,根据手术方法对患者分组,对15例患者选择开放式双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术(对照组)与6例腹腔镜下双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术(研究组),分析不同方案的临床效果。结果 观察组患者的手术时间、引流管留置均值、术后下床活动时间、住院时间指标优于对照组,观察组出现并发症例数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术中出血均值,差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论 腹腔镜双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术与开放式手术方式是治疗阴茎癌的主要方案,对比来说,治疗效果差异不明显,但腹腔镜方式对患者的创伤更小,在治疗中,更具备优势,对患者有利。

Objective To observe effect of laparoscopic and open bilateral inguinal lymphadenectomy in treatment of penile cancer.Methods The paper chose 21 patients with penile cancer in our hospital from January 2010 to November 2020,and divided them into two groups according to operation method,15 cases in control group and 6 cases in observation group.Effect of different schemes were analyzed.Results Operation time,mean drainage tube indwelling time,postoperative ambulation time and length of stay of observation group was better than control group.Numbers of complications in observation group were less than control group,difference was significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mean value of intraoperative bleeding.Conclusion Laparoscopic bilateral inguinal lymph node dissection and open surgery are main treatment options for penile cancer.in contrast,there is no significant difference in treatment effect,but laparoscopic method has less trauma,more advantages in treatment,which is beneficial to patients and can be promoted.
