摘要
目的 探讨扫描式动态血糖监测在老年2型糖尿病患者中的应用优势。方法 将2019年1月至2020年1月在山东大学齐鲁医院治疗的40例老年糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各20例,对照组采用常规指尖血监测血糖,医生根据患者指尖血监测情况调整治疗用药方案;观察组采用扫描式动态血糖监测血糖,根据患者血糖谱随时调整患者治疗用药方案。其他护理措施均相同。比较两组患者干预后空腹血糖、HbA1c的变化及血糖波动相关指标变化:血糖水平标准差、血糖变异系数。结果 入组干预3个月后,两组患者的空腹血糖、HbA1c均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预3个月期间,两组患者的SDBG、CV比较,观察组变异性更小,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 扫描式动态血糖监测手段能有效反应老年2型糖尿病患者血糖变化趋势,有利于医生及时调整治疗用药方案,对于老年2型糖尿病患者血糖控制起了一个良好的作用,使其达到良好的血糖控制目标,平稳、个性化降糖,使患者获益。适用于老年2型糖尿病患者,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore application advantages of scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The paper chose 40 cases elderly patients with diabetes from January 2019 to January 2020 and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,20 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine fingertip blood glucose monitoring;medication scheme was adjusted based on condition of fingertip blood glucose monitoring.Observation group was treated with scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring;medication scheme was adjusted at any time according to blood glucose spectrum.Other nursing measures were the same.Changes of fasting blood glucose,HbA1c and related indexes of blood glucose fluctuation were compared between two groups after intervention:including standard deviation of blood sugar level (SDBG),coefficient of variation of blood glucose (CV).Results After three months of intervention,fasting blood glucose and HbA1c of two groups were lower than those before intervention,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).During three months of intervention,observation group had smaller variability in SDBG and CV between two groups,difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Scanning dynamic blood glucose monitoring method can reflect blood glucose change trend of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes effectively,which is conducive to timely adjustment of treatment and medication scheme,plays good role the blood glucose control of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes,to achieve goal of good blood glucose control,smooth and personalized hypoglycemia,and benefit patients.It is suitable for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and worthy of clinical promotion.
