分析支气管热成形术(BT)治疗重症支气管哮喘术后近期(术后3周)呼吸不良事件发生情况

Analyze Short-Term (3 Weeks After Operation) Adverse Respiratory Events of Severe Bronchial Asthma After Bronchial Thermoplasty (BT)

目的 分析予以重症支气管哮喘患者支气管热成形术后近期呼吸不良事件发生情况。方法 选择2018年1月至2020年1月40例重症支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,均于广东省高州市人民医院行支气管热成形术治疗,比较手术前后40患者肺功能情况,分析术后3周患者呼吸不良事件发生情况。结果 40例患者3周内呼吸不良事件发生率为22.50%,出现的呼吸不良事件分别为,咳嗽4例(10.00%)、喘息2例(5.00%)、肺不张3例(7.50%),症状经对症治疗后消失或自行缓解,患者预后良好,未发生严重不良事件;与治疗前相比,治疗后患者肺功能明显改善,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在重症哮喘治疗中,支气管热成形术安全性较高,患者术后近期无严重呼吸不良事件,且肺功能得到明显改善。

Objective To analyze short-term adverse respiratory events of patients with severe bronchial asthma after bronchial thermoplasty.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with severe bronchial asthma from January 2018 to January 2020 as research objects,all of them were treated with bronchial thermoplasty in our hospital.Lung function of 40 patients was compared before and after operation,and occurrence of adverse respiratory events of patients 3 weeks after operation was analyzed.Results Incidence of adverse respiratory events among 40 patients within 3 weeks was 22.50%,and adverse respiratory events include:cough 4 cases (10.00%),wheezing 2 cases (5.00%) and atelectasis 3 cases (7.50%).Symptoms disappeared or relieved after symptomatic treatment,with good prognosis and no serious adverse events occurred.Compared with before treatment,lung function of patients was significantly improved after treatment (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion In treatment of severe asthma,bronchial thermoplasty has high safety,with no serious respiratory adverse events in short term,and lung function has been improved significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application.
