Application Effect Analysis of STABLE Project in Transport of Critically Ill Neonates

目的 研究STABLE项目在危重新生儿转运应用的效果。方法 本次研究样本选择为2019年1月至2020年12月期间贵州省六盘水市妇幼保健院收治的168例危重新生儿,分为对照组和观察组,两组中患儿分别接受不同的临床转运措施,在此基础上开展组间对比。结果 观察组中患儿在接受STABLE项目转运后,对不同患儿转运应用效果进行分析发现,在各项临床指标、患儿家属满意度等方面,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在临床上开展危重患儿转运的过程中,选择STABLE项目能够有效的提升救护质量,对患儿的各项生命体征进行有效的维持,同时提升患儿家属对于转运救护的满意度。

Objective To study effect of stable project in transport of critically ill neonates.Methods The study chose 168 cases critically ill neonates in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 and divided them into control group and observation group.Children in two groups received different clinical transport measures,and comparison between the groups was carried out on the basis.Results After receiving STABLE project for children in observation group,analysis of application effect of different transport found,there were significant difference in clinical indicators and satisfaction degree of children’s family (P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion During process of clinical transport of critically ill children,STABLE project can improve quality of rescue effectively,maintain vital signs of children,and improve satisfaction degree of families for transport rescue,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
