标准化护理程序在重症监护室心力衰竭患者护理中的应用

Application of Standardized Nursing Procedure in Nursing of ICU Patients With Heart Failure

目的探析医院在护理重症监护室心力衰竭患者过程中考虑应用标准化护理的护理价值。方法选取2019年3月至2020年6月本曲靖市第一人民医院受治疗的重症监护室心力衰竭患者90例作为本次研究的分析对象,随机将患者均等分为对照组与观察组,分别给予患者常规护理干预与标准化护理干预,分析两种不同的干预方式对于患者病情治疗过程中的应用价值。结果在两种不同护理方式的干预下,患者在血压、心率指标上相较于治疗前有良好疗效,从数据结果上可见,应用标准化护理干预的观察组患者相较于应用常规护理干预的对照组患者更具优越性(P<0.05);在院内反应与急救反应时间上,经过相关护理干预的观察组患者在指标上相较于对照组患者更具优越性(P<0.05);经过不同护理干预后,观察组患者对于医院的护理方式的满意度更优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论相较传统护理干预方案,标准化护理模式对于在院接受治疗中的重症监护室心力衰竭患者在身体指标情况上有良好的改善效果,有助于患者院内反应与急救反应的时间成本降低,提升患者在院治疗的舒适体验性,因而在为确诊为重症监护室心力衰竭患者在治疗过程中可考虑应用标准化护理,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To explore nursing value of standardized nursing in process of nursing ICU patients with heart failure.Methods The paper chose 90 cases ICU patients of heart failure treated in our hospital from March 2019 to June 2020 as analysis objects,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,which were treated with routine nursing intervention and standardized nursing intervention respectively.Application value of two different intervention methods in treatment of patients was analyzed.Results Under intervention of two different nursing methods,patients had better effect in blood pressure and heart rate than before treatment.Data results showed,patients in observation group with standardized nursing intervention had more advantages than control group(P<0.05);hospital response,emergency response time of observation group with relevant nursing intervention had more advantages than control group(P<0.05);After different nursing intervention,satisfaction degree of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing mode has better effect on physical index of ICU patients with heart failure than traditional nursing intervention scheme,can reduce time cost of hospital response and emergency response of patients,improve comfort and experience of patients in hospital treatment,Therefore,standardized nursing can be considered in treatment of ICU patients with heart failure,which is worthy of promotion and reference.
