人文启蒙和技能培训在眼科住院医师规范化培训中的意义

Significance of Humanistic Enlightenment and Skill Training in Standardized Training of Ophthalmologists

在住院医师规范化培训全面开展的大背景下,笔者针对眼科专业的住院医师规范化培训工作提出两个重点。第一,医学人文教育应该是一个终身教育,而住院医师规范化培训的一个重点是医学人文的启蒙教育。第二,眼科是一个专科特色很强的学科,显微外科基本技能的培训是眼科专业医学生住院医师规范化培训中的另一个重点。拥有良好的医学人文和技能基础年轻医生才会在未来的职业生涯中走的更远。

Under background of overall development of standardized training for resident,the author puts forward two key points for standardization training of resident in ophthalmology.First,medical humanities education should be lifelong education,and one of key points of standardized training for resident doctors is enlightenment education of medical humanities.Secondly,ophthalmology is a discipline with strong specialty characteristics.Training of microsurgery basic skills is another key point in standardized training of inpatients of ophthalmology major medical students.Young doctors with good medical humanities and skills may go further in their future career.
