低分子肝素用于妊娠期高血压疾病治疗的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in Treatment of Pregnancy Hypertension

目的 分析在妊娠期高血压疾病的临床治疗中,应用低分子肝素的治疗效果。方法 选取庄河市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心于2019年1月至2020年1月收治的60例妊娠期高血压患者进行分析,随机分为2组。给予对照组常规治疗,观察组应用低分子肝素治疗。对比两组患者治疗情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出血量、收缩压、舒张压及心率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在妊娠期高血压的临床治疗中,应用低分子肝素治疗能有效控制患者的病情,治疗效果显著。

Objective To analyze curative effect of low molecular weight heparin in clinical treatment of pregnancy hypertension.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with pregnancy hypertension and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine treatment,and observation group with low molecular weight heparin.Treatment of two groups was compared.Results Effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group,difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05);bleeding volume,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and heart rate of observation group was significantly lower than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05);incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than control group,with significant difference,(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical treatment of pregnancy hypertension,low molecular weight heparin can effectively control condition of patients,with significant treatment effect,which is worthy of promotion.
