结直肠息肉内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)与圈套高频电凝电切术的治疗效果对比及分析

Comparison and Analysis of Therapeutic Effect between Endoscopic Mucosal Resection (EMR) and Snare High Frequency Electrocoagulation for Colorectal Polyps

目的分析在结直肠息肉患者的临床治疗中对患者采用内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)与圈套高频电凝电切术(APC)的临床疗效,并对两种治疗方式的临床疗效进行对比。方法将本院2018年7月至2020年7月接收治疗的结直肠息肉患者84例作为研究对象,分为EMR治疗的观察组患者以及APC治疗的对照组患者,对比分析两组患者分别治疗后的临床疗效、并发症发生率、手术时间、术后胃肠功能康复时间、肛门直肠功能恢复时间、息肉完全切除率以及复发率。结果相较于对照组患者,观察组患者临床疗效更高,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组患者手术时间无明显差异(P>0.05),相较于对照组患者,观察组患者术后胃肠功能康复时间以及肛门直肠恢复时间明显更短,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05);相较于对照组,观察组患者并发症发生率明显更低(P<0.05);相较于对照组患者,观察组患者息肉完全切除率明显更高,复发率明显更低,对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在结直肠息肉患者的临床治疗中,针对患者采用EMR治疗将更有利于提高患者临床疗效,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) and snare high frequency electrocoagulation (APC) in the treatment of colorectal polyps,and to compare the clinical efficacy of the two methods.Methods Eighty-four patients with colorectal polyps who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group treated with EMR and the control group treated with APC.The clinical efficacy,incidence of complications,operation time,postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and anal rectum of the two groups were compared and analyzed The recovery time of intestinal function,the complete resection rate of polyps and the recurrence rate.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group has higher clinical curative effect,with statistical difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and the anorectal recovery time of the observation group were significantly shorter,and the comparison was statistically different (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower,and the comparison was statistically different (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a significantly higher complete polyp resection rate and a significantly lower recurrence rate.There was a statistical difference in the comparison (P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with colorectal polyps,EMR treatment for patients will be more conducive to improve the clinical efficacy of patients,it is worthy of wide clinical application.
