早期综合康复治疗对急性脑血栓脑梗死的临床效果及独立生活能力影响分析

Clinical Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Acute Cerebral Thrombosis and Cerebral Infarction and its Influence on Independent Living Ability

目的探究对于急性脑血栓脑梗死患者采用早期综合康复治疗对患者的临床效果和对患者的独立生活能力的影响。方法选择我院在2015年4月至2020年4月中收治的急性脑血栓脑梗死患者共计20例,将患者随机分为了对照组和观察组,每组10例。对照组采用常规治疗方案。观察组在对照组基础上联合使用早期综合康复治疗方案。对两组患者的临床恢复效果和独立生活能力进行对比。结果观察组患者的整体治疗有效率为90%,高于对照组的70%,且观察组患者在治疗后的神经功能的康复情况和独立生活能力均优于对照组患者,并且观察组患者的对整体的治疗过程满意率为100%,高于对照组的70%。以上数据对比均有统计学差异,P<0.05。结论针对于急性脑血栓脑梗死患者采用早期综合康复治疗方案进行治疗,能够有效地提升患者的临床治疗效果,提升患者独立生活能力,改善患者的生活质量,因此值得在临床治疗中进行推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction and the influence on their independent living ability.Methods Twenty patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 10 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was combined with early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical recovery effect and independent living ability of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was 90%,which was higher than 70% of the control group,and the neurological rehabilitation and independent living ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%,higher than 70% of the control group.The above data were statistically different,P<0.05.Conclusion Early comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,enhance the independent living ability of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients,so it is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
