鼻内镜手术在鼻窦炎鼻息肉治疗中的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Endoscopic Sinus Surgery in the Treatment of Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的分析探究为鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者实施鼻内镜手术进行治疗对于改善其鼻腔功能和嗅觉的作用和价值。方法在2018年3月至2020年3月中选择60例鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者展开分析和观察,严格按照随机数字表法分为观察组(鼻内镜中鼻甲成形术)和对照组(常规根治术),每组各30例,比较其治疗效果和价值。结果两组治疗总有效率:两组治疗前鼻腔功能、SNOT-20CV和Lund-Kennedy评分无显著差异(P>0.05);两组治疗前后Lund-Kennedy、SNOT-20CV评分:治疗前两组Lund-Kennedy、SNOT-20CV评分无显著差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组Lund-Kennedy、SNOT-20CV评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为鼻窦炎鼻息肉的患者实施鼻内镜手术较之常规根治手术,前者的临床应用价值更为显著,其具有手术创口小、术后功能恢复快,且术后并发症更低的特点,从而有效的解除了患者鼻腔梗阻症状,改善其鼻腔功能和嗅觉,可作为治疗此类疾病的首选方式,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze and explore the role and value of endoscopic sinus surgery in improving nasal function and olfaction for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps.Methods From March 2018 to March 2020,60 patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected for analysis and observation,and they were divided into observation group (middle turbinate plasty under nasal endoscope) and control group (conventional radical surgery) according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group,and the therapeutic effect and value were compared.Results The total effective rate of the two groups:there was no significant difference in nasal function,SNOT-20CV and Lund Kennedy score between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05).Before and after treatment,Lund Kennedy and SNOT-20CV scores of the two groups:there was no significant difference in Lund Kennedy and SNOT-20CV scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),but Lund Kennedy and SNOT-20CV scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional radical surgery,endoscopic surgery for patients with sinusitis and nasal polyps has more significant clinical application value.It has the characteristics of small surgical wound,fast postoperative functional recovery,and lower postoperative complications,so as to effectively relieve the symptoms of nasal obstruction,improve the nasal function and smell,which can be seen as the first choice for the treatment of such diseases It is worth popularizing.
