宫腔镜手术联合优思明预防稽留流产术后宫腔粘连的临床研究

Clinical Study of Hysteroscopy Plus Yasmin in Preventing the Postoperative Intrauterine Adhesion of Missed Abortion Patients

目的浅析宫腔镜手术联合优思明预防稽留流产术后宫腔粘连的临床研究。方法纳入我院于2019年1月至2019年12月间收治的70例稽留流产患者作研究样本,将入选患者按顺序编码随机分成2组各35例,A组采用宫腔镜下清宫术,术后给予优思明口服3个周期预防宫腔粘连,B组为常规清宫术,术后给予优思明口服3个周期预防宫腔粘连,比较两组治疗效果。结果 A组手术时间(8.20±1.00)min、术中出血量(12.10±1.09)mL、术后出血时间(6.39±1.30)d、住院时间(4.40±1.05)d;B组手术时间(7.94±1.02)min、术中出血量(11.83±1.20)mL、术后出血时间(9.60±2.00)d、住院时间(6.06±1.42)d;两组手术时间、术中出血量指标值比较无统计学意义,P>0.05;A组术后出血时间与住院时间均短、宫腔积血占比、术后宫腔轻度粘连占比均低于B组,P<0.05。结论宫腔镜下清宫术联合术后优思明口服治疗可有效预防宫腔粘连。

Objective To analyze the effects of hysteroscopy plus Yasmin in preventing the postoperative intrauterine adhesion of missed abortion patients.Methods 70 missed abortion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as research samples.According to sequential coding method,patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group.Group A took the hysteroscopic uterine curettage and then Yasmin for three treatment cycles;group B took the conventional uterine curettage and then Yasmin for three treatment cycles.Treatment effects were probed.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bleeding duration and hospital stays in group A were (8.20±1.00)min,(12.10±1.09)mL,(6.39±1.30)d and (4.40±1.05)d;the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative bleeding duration and hospital stays in group B were (7.94±1.02)min,(11.83±1.20)mL,(9.60±2.00)d and (6.06±1.42)d;no significant between-group differences of operation time and intraoperative blood loss were observed (P>0.05);the postoperative bleeding duration and hospital stays in group A were shorter than group B;the proportions of patients with postpartum hematocele in uterine cavity and mild intrauterine adhesion in group A were lower than group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopy combined with Yasmin can effectively prevent the postoperative intrauterine adhesion.
