CAD/CAM氧化锆增强型玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复无髓后牙的疗效观察

The Effect of CAD/CAM Zirconia-enhanced Glass-ceramic Onlay in Repairing Non-medullary Posterior Teeth

目的探讨CAD/CAM氧化锆增强型玻璃陶瓷高嵌体修复无髓后牙的疗效。方法选择2017年5月到2018年5于北京中医医院怀柔医院口腔修复科就诊的83位患者(89颗)无髓后牙,进行高嵌体修复一年后观察修复体完整性、边缘适应性、边缘染色,参照美国公众卫生健康服务标准评估疗效。结果 83例患者均成功回访,89颗患牙高嵌体修复后一年复查,有1例出现崩瓷、2例出现修复体脱落;10例出现边缘轻度染色;颜色匹配稍差的有7例;牙龈健康状况方面未出现明显与修复体相关的牙龈炎症,其中出现2例中度牙龈炎与全口牙龈炎症一致;本研究发现仅有63%的患者口腔卫生状况良好,其中女性明显好于男性。高嵌体修复患者总体满意度为90%。结论氧化锆增强型玻璃陶瓷是理想的高嵌体修复材料。

Objective To explore the effect of CAD/CAM zirconia-enhanced glass-ceramic onlays for repairing non-medullary posterior teeth.Methods Eighty-three patients (89) without pulp posterior teeth who were treated in the Department of Prosthodontics,Huairou Hospital,Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected for onlay restoration one year later to observe the integrity and edge adaptation of the restoration For sex and edge staining,the curative effect is evaluated according to the American public health service standards.Results All 83 patients were successfully revisited.One year after the onlays of 89 affected teeth were re-examined,there were 1 case of porcelain fracture and 2 cases of restoration loss;10 cases had slight staining of edges;some cases with poor color matching 7 cases;in terms of gum health,there was no obvious gum inflammation related to restorations.Among them,2 cases of moderate gingivitis were consistent with full mouth gingival inflammation;this study found that only 63% of patients had good oral hygiene,including women better than men.The overall satisfaction of patients with onlay repair was 90%.Conclusion Zirconia reinforced glass ceramic is an ideal onlay restoration material.
