PDCA循环护理模式在血液透析室优质护理中的应用价值

Application Value of PDCA Circulation Nursing Mode in High Quality Nursing in Hemodialysis Room

目的探究PDCA循环护理模式在血液透析室优质护理中的应用价值。方法共计纳入6425例需要进行血液透析的患者进行统计,所有患者纳入时间自2019年1月至2019年12月,按照随机数分组法为标准,组别差异区分为对照组和观察组,对照组对3684例,观察组为2741例,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组在前者基础上采用PDCA循环护理,统计对比所有患者在接受护理干预后的满意度评分差异、护理人员护理过程中的差错率以及患者的平均住院时间。结果①两组患者护理满意度评分对比:观察组护理质量、知识宣教、抗感染处理的评分明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。②两组护理人员在护理过程中的差错率统计:观察组护理人员的护理差错率明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。③患者护理后的整体住院时间统计:观察组患者治疗后的平均住院时间明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环护理模式对血液透析患者进行优势护理,可显著提高患者的满意度,对提高患者依从性及病症的护理有重要的前提作用,同时可作用于减少护理人员在护理过程中的差错情况,减少患者因长期住院所产生的经济负担,整体使用效果显著,值得广泛推广。

Objective To explore the application value of PDCA cycle nursing mode in high quality nursing in hemodialysis room.Methods A total of 6425 patients who need hemodialysis were included for statistics.All patients were included from January 2019 to December 2019.According to the random number grouping method,the differences between groups were divided into control group and observation group.There were 3684 patients in the control group and 2741 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the observation group were given PDCA cycle nursing on the basis of the former The difference of satisfaction score,the error rate of nursing staff and the average length of hospital stay of all patients after nursing intervention were analyzed.Results ① Comparison of nursing satisfaction scores between the two groups:The scores of nursing quality,knowledge education and anti-infection treatment in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).② Statistics on the error rate of the nursing staff in the two groups in the nursing process:The nursing error rate of the nursing staff in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05).③ The overall length of hospital stay after nursing:the average length of hospital stay of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion PDCA cycle nursing mode can significantly improve patients’ satisfaction,improve patients’ compliance and disease care,reduce the errors of nursing staff in the nursing process,and reduce the economic burden of patients due to long-term hospitalization extension.The overall use effect is remarkable,which is worthy of wide promotion.
