参松养心胶囊用于原发性高血压伴失眠治疗的意义评价

Evaluation of Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the Treatment of Primary Hypertension with Insomnia

目的分析在原发性高血压伴失眠的治疗中参松养心胶囊的效果。方法选取我院近2年收治的50例患者,分为两组。对照组用常规治疗,观察组用参松养心胶囊。结果①对比两组临床疗效:观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者,两组差异显著(P<0.05)。②血压指标及睡眠质量评分:观察组血压指标优于对照组,睡眠质量评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。③HRV时域指标:两组患者在治疗干预前的HRV时域指标无明显差异,经治疗干预后,两组患者的指标均有一定程度的改善,且观察组患者的各项指标均明显优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在原发性高血压伴失眠的治疗中,参松养心胶囊能改善其失眠状态,能有效控制患者的血压水平,有效促进患者HRV水平的改善,能促进患者交感、迷走等神经的改善,且治疗安全性较高,疗效显著,可有效改善患者的预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule in the treatment of primary hypertension with insomnia.Methods Fifty patients in our hospital in recent two years were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shensong Yangxin capsule.Results ① The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared:the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).② Blood pressure index and sleep quality score:the blood pressure index of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the sleep quality score was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).③ HRV time domain indicators:there was no significant difference in HRV time domain indicators between the two groups before treatment intervention.After treatment intervention,the indicators of the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of primary hypertension with insomnia,Shensong Yangxin capsule can improve the state of insomnia,effectively control the blood pressure level of patients,effectively promote the improvement of HRV level of patients,promote the improvement of sympathetic and vagal nerves of patients,and the treatment is safe and effective,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
