To explore the application effect of "Internet +" mode in the operation and management of resident standardized training.Considering the management of the standardized training of residents,the study constructed a new fine management mode of resident standardized training under the "Internet +" mode.The introduction of the "Internet +" mode can give full play to the advantages of Internet fast sharing and efficient data processing,and enable students and managers to participate in medical education in a fragmented way.This will solve the traditional management problems and make the standardized training management of residency more refined.Based on the "Internet +",the national health and Family Planning Commission and other organizations have issued relevant policy opinions on the standardized training contents and standards,training system guidance,and information platform construction of the residents.The training base,under the guidance of policy,needs to maximize the use of information technology in daily training management,so as to improve the learning effect of residents.So that management gradually presents fine development.The "Internet +" mode has a high value in the standardized training management of residents,such as network training,attendance,assessment,teaching evaluation,evaluation and collection of data,and so on,which can effectively improve the management quality and training efficiency.
