5G网络下新冠病人AI智能初筛系统设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,在全球范围内造成了巨大危害,特别是给医疗机构带来了前所未有的压力和挑战。在这种背景下,利用最新的信息技术助力新冠肺炎患者初筛在疾病防控中成为了一种有效的措施。本文结合疫情防控实际经验,总结梳理了新冠肺炎病人胸部CT特征,分析了将人工智能技术和5G技术应用于病人胸部CT筛查的必要性和可行性,利用人工智能技术和5G技术设计和研发实现了新冠病人AI智能初筛系统,并通过实验验证了系统的有效性和实用性。本文不但为新冠肺炎患者胸部CT筛查系统设计提供了宝贵的经验,而且为重大传染病智能筛查系统设计提供了有价值的参考。 Since its outbreak, the COVID-19 pandemic caused by SARS-CoV-2 has seriously harmed the world, in particular, it has brought unprecedented pressure and challenges to the medical institutions. Under such circumstances, it becomes an effective approach, to apply the latest information technology to assist the primary screening of the patients, in the prevention and control of the pandemic. Based on the practical experience of disease control, in this article we summarize the features of chest computed tomography for COVID-19 patients, examine the necessity and feasibility of applying the artificial intelligence and the fifth-generation mobile communication technology to the primary screening of patients, design and develop a primary screening system for COVID-19 patients based on the artificial intelligence and the fifth-generation mobile communication technology, and verify the effectiveness and practicality of the designed system through laboratory tests. The results not only provide precious experience for the design of screening system for COVID-19, but also provide a valuable reference for the design of intelligent screening system for major infectious diseases。
