Analysis of Clinic Characteristics and Maternal and Infant Outcomes in Pregnant Women with Different Ages

目的分析不同年龄孕妇的临床特点及对母婴结局的影响。方法选取于2019年10月至2020年12月于山东省妇幼保健院住院分娩的孕妇200例,根据年龄分为高龄组(≥35岁,100例)和适龄组(20~34岁,100例),整理统计两组病例的一般资料,分析其妊娠期并发症、妊娠结局及围产儿的情况。结果高龄组妊娠期高血压疾病、妊娠期糖尿病、心电图(ECG)异常的发生率高于适龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高龄组的剖宫产率、前置胎盘发生率高于适龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高龄组的巨大儿、早产儿、转新生儿重症监护室(NICU)的发生率大于适龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄孕妇发生妊娠期并发症及不良母婴结局的风险增加,应加强对高龄孕妇的管理,避免不良妊娠结局的发生。

Objective To analyze the clinic characteristics and the influence on maternal and infant outcomes in pregnant women with different ages. Methods 200 pregnant women who were admitted to Shandong Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected, the women were grouped according to age, the elderly group(≥35 years, n=100) and age-appropriate group(20~35 years, n=100).The general information were collected, and the pregnancy complications and the maternal and infant outcomes were compared. Results The incidence rates of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy, gestational diabetes and abnormal ECG in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the appropriate group(P<0.05), The incidence rates of cesarean section and the placenta previa in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the appropriate group(P<0.05), The incidence rates of macrosomia, premature infant and neonates transferred into neonatal ICU in the elderly group were significantly higher than those in the appropriate group(P<0.05). Conclusion Advanced pregnant women can increase the risk of pregnancy complications and adverse outcomes, More attention and intervention should be made to cope with adverse perinatal outcomes.
