摘要
目的分析不孕症病患采用血清性激素以及抗缪勒管激素(AMH)检查对判断卵巢储备功能的作用。方法将在本院进行不孕症治疗的60例病患作为研究样本,其研究时间均在2019年2月至2020年12月之间。回顾性分析全部病患临床资料,全部病患均在进入医院后,实施阴道彩色超声多普勒检测窦卵泡数量,依据检测结果,判断病患卵巢储备功能,将窦卵泡数量在5个至15个之间者作为卵巢功能正常组(30例),将窦卵泡数量低于5个的病患作为卵巢功能下降组(30例)。对比两组病患血清性激素水平以及AMH水平;血清性激素以及AMH阳性检出率;分析下降组病患血清性激素联合AMH阳性检出率。结果下降组病患黄体生成素以及AMH水平均低于正常组,促卵泡激素以及雌二醇水平均高于正常组(P<0.05)。下降组病患在黄体生成素、促卵泡技术、雌二醇以及AMH方面阳性检出率均高于正常组(P<0.05)。在下降组病患中,单纯AMH检测阳性率是66.67%,血清性激素联合AMH检测阳性率是76.67%。采用血清性激素联合AMH检测阳性率明显高于单纯AMH检测。结论不孕症病患卵巢储备功能受到血清AMH以及性激素水平影响,可依据血清性激素以及AMH水平判断卵巢储备功能,进而为临床诊断以及治疗提供参考。
Objective To analyze the effect of serum gonadal hormone plus AMH(anti-mullerian hormone) on the determination of infertility patients’ ovarian reserve function. Methods Clinical data about 60 infertility patients treated from February 2019 to December2020 in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The vaginal ultrasonography was used to measure the sinus follicle number on the determination of ovarian reserve function. Patients with 5-15 sinus follicles were seen as normal ovarian reserve function group(30 cases);patients with less than 5 sinus follicles were seen as declining ovarian reserve function group(30 cases). The levels and positive detection rates of serum gonadal hormone and AMH levels were recorded;the positive detection rates of declining group based on serum gonadal hormone and AMH were studied. Results Luteinizing hormone and AMH levels in declining group were lower than normal group;follicle-stimulating hormone and estradiol levels were higher than normal group(P<0.05);luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone, estradiol levels and AMH positive detection rates in declining group were higher than normal group(P<0.05);the positive detection rates of declining group based on gonadal hormone and AMH(76.67%) were significantly higher than those based on AMH(66.67%). Conclusion The infertility patient’s ovarian reserve function may be affected by serum AMH and gonadal hormone levels;that means the patient’s ovarian reserve function can be determined by serum gonadal hormone and AMH levels, providing references on the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
